Resource Allocation Specialist

We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a Resource Allocation Specialist to join our dedicated team.

This role is integral to the Housing Repairs Division, which is tasked with the upkeep and repair of numerous properties. Our commitment lies in delivering exceptional housing solutions and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist under the guidance of the Resource Allocation Team Leader to support the effective delivery of repair and maintenance services.

Coordinate resources over varying timeframes to guarantee that residents receive excellent service while optimizing resource utilization.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Experience in managing systems and procedures such as Servitor, Universal Housing, and Optitime/DRS.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

The ability to understand and interpret repair requests from customers and liaise effectively with relevant personnel to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Experience in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

GCSE qualifications in Maths and English – Grades A to C or equivalent.
