Salary: £27,993 to £33,093 per annum, plus shift premium

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled NDT Technician to join our engineering manufacturing business in Lincoln. As an NDT Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out magnetic testing and other non-destructive testing methods to ensure the quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct magnetic testing and other non-destructive testing methods to identify defects and ensure product quality
• Develop and implement testing procedures to meet company standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve testing-related issues
• Provide training and support to colleagues on testing procedures and techniques

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Strong knowledge of non-destructive testing methods and techniques
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
