Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Special Education Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education services and supporting children with special needs in a Primary School setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to children with special needs, including those with autism and learning disabilities.
  • Assist teachers in planning, delivering, and teaching interventions to enhance student learning outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement and motivation.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive and inclusive education program.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Teaching Assistant Qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with children with special needs, particularly those with autism and learning disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
