About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Team Leader to join our team at Flair for Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of administrative professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach, manage, and develop the Business Support Administration team to achieve exceptional results and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including lawyers, solicitors, and other business leaders.
  • Foster a culture of excellent customer service and ensure that all team members are equipped to deliver a first-class service.
  • Take an active role in recruitment and talent management for the team, ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent in the industry.
  • Work closely with Business Support stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that drive efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • A supportive management style with the ability to lead by example and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to prioritize business needs effectively.
  • Organizational skills with a focus on managing and supporting business change across the team.
