Job Summary

Compass is seeking an experienced Data and Administration Team Leader to support the delivery of Mental Health Support Teams in Birmingham. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data management and administration, with experience in using data and information systems to inform decision-making.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can establish integrated management information and administrative systems across the whole service. The post holder will work closely with the Team Leaders and Service Manager to ensure that services are aligned to best meet local needs.

Main Duties of the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Senior Administrator and overseeing the direction and support to the administration team. This will include providing high-quality, efficient, and effective administrative functions, as well as managing and analysing data and service user records.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team and make a real difference to the lives of children and young people in Birmingham. The post holder will have the opportunity to work with a range of stakeholders, including schools, partner agencies, and service users.

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in data management and administration, as well as experience in managing and supervising others within a team. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
