Job Summary

Compass is delighted to have been selected to provide Mental Health Support Teams (Wave 12) in education settings across Birmingham, working in partnership with other health and care providers across the city.

We are seeking an experienced Data & Administration Team Leader to join our team, with a strong background in data and information systems. The successful candidate will have the skills to input, store, retrieve, analyze, and report on data from a client management information system.

The post holder will work closely with the Team Leaders and Service Manager to establish integrated management information and administrative systems across the whole service, ensuring that services are aligned to best meet local needs.

The role will involve managing the Senior Administrator and overseeing the direction and support to the administration team, providing high-quality, efficient, and effective administrative functions.

There may be some infrequent requirement to travel between our sites, schools, and partner agencies.

Main Duties of the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client information
  • Inputting and producing statistical data and reports on databases and spreadsheets
  • Managing and analyzing data to inform service delivery and improvement
  • Liaising with clients, customers, and stakeholders to provide high-quality administrative support
  • Managing and supervising others within the team
