We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional to develop and execute our marketing strategy across Europe. As a Marketing Director, you will be responsible for building and executing our marketing plans, managing cross-functional teams, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to meet business targets in Europe.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Monitor business metrics and report on performance to senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement programs to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • BA/BSc in business, communications, telecommunications, marketing or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in B2C marketing, leadership, and team management.
  • Experience developing and executing marketing strategy for new products or services.
  • Experience managing teams to execute cross-functional marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Experience leading marketing in 2+ European countries with cultural/language differences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree.
  • Marketing experience at a technology company.
  • Marketing experience at a telecommunications company.
  • B2C Marketing experience with leadership/people manager position.
  • Experience managing remote teams internationally.
