About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Fleet Service team at our Heathrow Airport branch. As a Check In Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues to the Branch Manager
  • Complete handover paperwork with customers and ensure vehicles are delivered and collected between branches in a timely manner
  • Assist with refueling of our vehicles and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Valid full clean driving license for a minimum of 12 months
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work on a shift rota/shift basis to cover branch opening hours
