About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Check In Agent at SIXT UK. As a key member of our Fleet Service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check-in and check-out of customers' car rentals, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Inspect vehicles for damage upon collection or return, reporting any issues and ensuring customers sign relevant documents.
  • Assist with refueling of vehicles and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work collaboratively with the Branch Manager to resolve any customer complaints or issues.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Valid full clean driving license for a minimum of 12 months.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role or driving position is advantageous but not essential.
