Job Summary

EnerSys Delaware Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Product Assurance Manager to join our team in the Space Power Projects division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of product assurance for our spacecraft projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of product assurance strategies for assigned space power projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain product assurance documentation, including materials, process, components, and parts lists.
  • Conduct hazard analysis and reliability studies to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their product assurance requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams to ensure product assurance best practices are followed.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform product assurance tasks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in product assurance for spacecraft projects, including experience with industry standards and regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of product assurance principles and practices, including hazard analysis, reliability studies, and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
