We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and that our quality systems are in place and functioning effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that our products meet quality standards.
- Identify and implement opportunities for quality improvement and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality is integrated into all aspects of our business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure that quality expectations are met.
- Manage and maintain our quality management system, including documentation and records.
- Provide training and coaching to employees on quality procedures and best practices.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
