EMBS Engineering Ltd is collaborating with a distinguished, industry-leading precision engineering firm that specializes in the fabrication, machining, and assembly of intricate components for globally recognized Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in the aerospace and defense sectors.


Due to an increase in orders and ongoing growth, our client is expanding its quality assurance team. They are seeking either an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer or a motivated Quality Technician/Inspector who has some experience in quality engineering tasks and is eager to step into a comprehensive Quality Engineering position.


Training opportunities are available for both those looking to advance into a Quality Engineering role and for established Quality Engineers aiming to further their professional development through various internal and external training programs.


This position primarily focuses on Product and Internal Quality, providing support to the manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure that new components are produced accurately while also addressing any existing product quality challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and communicating Inspection Control Plans to address internal corrective actions and risk management tools such as FMEA.
  • Assisting in the enhancement of the Business/Quality Management System.
  • Supporting the team during New Product Introduction by supplying essential quality information.


Ideal candidates will have experience in a quality-focused role within a precision engineering or advanced manufacturing environment, particularly in sectors such as Aerospace, Motorsport, Defense, Nuclear, Power, and Petrochemical.


  • Experience in a shop floor quality role, closely collaborating with machined and/or fabricated components.
