Location: Nottingham – Flexible Work Arrangement
Salary: £45-50,000 plus performance bonus
T2M Resourcing is collaborating with an expanding electronics and engineering firm to identify a Quality Assurance Lead who will be responsible for overseeing product compliance and supplier quality assurance.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of product and supplier quality within the engineering sector.
- Coordinate with external partners for supplier and internal evaluations.
- Establish quality protocols and documentation.
- Conduct supplier quality assessments both domestically and internationally.
- Plan and execute tests to verify adherence to CE and ISO9001 standards.
- Evaluate and report on quality and testing data.
Qualifications for Success:
- Degree-level qualification in engineering or a related field.
- Prior experience in a Quality Engineer or Quality Manager role.
- Familiarity with electronic or electrical engineering is beneficial.
- Understanding of low-volume manufacturing and associated quality standards.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of testing and quality standards, including CE and ISO9001.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
This position will primarily be based on-site in Nottingham, with occasional travel required within the UK and EU. A valid UK driving license and passport are necessary for this role.
