Business Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administration Assistant to join our team at Norse Group. As a key member of our support services team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our team, including diary coordination, document management, and receptionist duties.
  • Deal effectively with telephone calls and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist in the administration of financial procedures and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Promote continuous improvement and deliver high-quality products and services that meet our quality standards.
  • Demonstrate personal commitment to our Norse Way CSR strategy.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English.
  • ECDL or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar or related role.
