Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Insolvency Case Administrator to join our team and support our Insolvency Manager and Director in progressing a varied portfolio of insolvency cases from inception to closure. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of insolvency administration and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Progress a varied portfolio of insolvency cases from inception to closure, ensuring timely completion of statutory reporting and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Review and identify claims, ensuring full compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Utilize the Insolvency Practitioners System (IPS) to manage tasks, process payments, and liaise with external and internal teams.
  • Liaise with external and internal teams, requesting and reviewing records, P&L, and Balance Sheets.
Requirements
  • 1-5 years of experience in insolvency administration.
  • Working knowledge of IPS, MS Office, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to organize and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Team player with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
