Business Administration Support Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and organized Business Administration Apprentice to join our busy team at Total Training Provision. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth of our business.
As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain a nationally recognized qualification and valuable work experience while earning a competitive salary of £5.28 per hour. Your working week will be Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to our team, including customer and employee support.
- Maintain well-organized files and records of business activity.
- Prepare and send reports to clients.
- Update computer databases and ensure accurate records.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including website maintenance.
- Interact with clients via phone or in person.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the relevant department.
- Take messages and pass them on to the relevant team member.
- Follow up on business communications, billing, and ordering.
- Book appointments and manage schedules.
- Prepare and send invoices.
- Use spreadsheets to track customer inquiries.
- Collect and input company data.
- Make travel arrangements for employees.
- Learn about our company's mission and products/services.
- Educate clients about our products/services and how to purchase them.
- Build relationships with clients.
- Prepare documents for printing.
- Write and edit company correspondence.
- Collect and sort post.
- Proficiency in computer software and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Initiative and willingness to learn new skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- GCSE A-C in English and Math.
