About the Role:

The Business Administration Assistant will provide a full range of efficient administration and project-related services to the company. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including diary coordination, document management, and customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including diary coordination and document management.
  • Deal effectively with telephone calls and provide a good level of customer service.
  • Undertake receptionist duties as and when required.
  • Facilitate the coordination of booking services for hire cars, rail travel, and overnight accommodation as and when required.
  • Assist in the administration of financial procedures.
  • Promote continuous improvement and deliver demonstrable high-quality products and services that embrace quality standards.
  • Demonstrate personal commitment to the Norse Way CSR strategy.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent Grade A-C including Maths and English (desirable).
  • ECDL or equivalent (desirable).
  • Experience in a similar or related role (desirable).
