Zedra Governance Limited is seeking a highly organized and proactive administrator to support our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong administrative background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the management team with data analysis and reporting
  • Providing administrative support to Client Managers and Client Directors
  • Managing client budgets and invoicing processes
  • Collating business expense claims and relevant receipts
  • Creating reports and documents in excel
  • Assisting with the organization of office facilities

The ideal candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn, with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

They will also be able to identify additional ways to improve our services and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives.

In addition, the successful candidate will be able to work in a manner consistent with the firm's strategy and ensure that their work is compliant with internal and external rules, regulations, standards, and procedures.
