Insolvency Case Administrator

Job Summary:
Clark Business Recovery Ltd is seeking an experienced Insolvency Case Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our insolvency team, you will be responsible for progressing a varied portfolio of insolvency cases from inception to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Progress and manage a portfolio of insolvency cases, ensuring timely completion and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Review and identify claims, ensuring full compliance and accuracy.
- Utilize the Insolvency Practitioners System (IPS) to manage tasks, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise with external and internal teams, requesting and reviewing records, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in insolvency administration.
- Working knowledge of IPS, MS Office, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Team player with a proactive and flexible approach.
