Position Overview
Join a leading FMCG manufacturing organization as a Supply Chain Planning Manager, overseeing a team of two skilled planners. This dynamic company is renowned for producing some of the most beloved food products in the country and is committed to sustainable practices and the long-term development of its employees.

Key Responsibilities
This pivotal role involves supporting the Supply Planner during shifts and executing daily operational tasks, which include:
1. **Coaching and Mentoring**: Act as the primary point of contact for guidance and escalation within the Supply & Planning department.
2. **Collaboration with Materials Planner**: Assist in managing the procurement of all raw materials and packaging across multiple sites, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained at all times.
3. **Process Optimization**: Establish and uphold robust procedures to guarantee seamless operations during weekends and holidays, ensuring clarity in exceptional circumstances.
4. **Flexibility in Coverage**: Take responsibility for planning coverage during team members' holidays, requiring adaptability in working hours and days as necessary.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Retail, E-Commerce, or FMCG environment is essential.
- Familiarity with Project Management and Continuous Improvement methodologies is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software is beneficial.
