We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Supply Chain to join our team at Permanent Futures. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and deploying a comprehensive Supply Chain strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a robust Supply Chain strategy that ensures a stable and cost-effective supply chain, aligned with our business goals.
  2. Oversee the end-to-end Supply Chain function, ensuring optimal success at every stage and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  3. Manage financial performance, ensuring control over functional and operational budgets while maintaining product availability.
  4. Lead a team of 3 direct reports across Supply Chain, Planning, and Intake, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience at a senior level within a manufacturing environment, with a strong track record of success.
  2. Educated to a degree level relevant to the role, with a solid understanding of Supply Chain principles and practices.
  3. CI training or qualification, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
  4. Proven experience in managing people and performance, with a talent for building high-performing teams.
  5. High levels of numeracy, with the ability to interpret budgets, variances, and financial and statistical data, driving proactive decision-making and action.
