Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our supplier base to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that our business operations run efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our supplier base, ensuring that our business needs are met and that our suppliers are aligned with our strategic objectives.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks within our supply chain, ensuring that our business operations are not compromised.
- Work closely with our operations and commercial teams to ensure that our supply chain is optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure that our internal governance processes are carried out consistently for all suppliers, ensuring that our business operations are compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Support the Supplier Relationship Manager with other initiatives and projects as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supply chain management, with a strong understanding of procurement and supplier management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks within our supply chain.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
