We re partnering with a fast-growing business in Leicester that s on the lookout for talented individuals to strengthen their supply chain and planning functions. As a Supply Chain Team Leader, you ll be at the heart of production, material, and logistics planning for a product with a short shelf life, ensuring a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What You ll Be Doing

You ll be responsible for leading a small team, bringing fresh ideas to the table, and nurturing talent. With a focus on planning, you ll work closely with the production team to ensure efficient material and logistics planning. Your expertise will be essential in driving growth and improving processes.

What We re Looking For

We need a Planning Go-To person who can lead by example with their expertise. Here are the key skills and qualifications we re looking for:

  • Experience in Food or FMCG Manufacturing is essential.
  • Current Planning Role: You re a central player in your team, possibly leading by example with your expertise even if you don t have the manager title just yet.
  • Leadership or Mentorship Skills: While formal management experience isn t a must, we d love someone who s helped others grow and enjoys mentoring.
  • Tech Savvy: You re comfortable with Excel and have experience with planning software like ERP or MRP systems.
