The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing a large fleet and be proficient in Excel, Falcon, and Tachomaster systems. h3>Key Responsibilities as Transport Operations Manager:
  • Oversee the movement of approximately 10,000 pallets per week, ensuring compliance with drivers' hours and Working Time Directive (WTD) regulations.
  • Lead a team of drivers and support staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), taking proactive measures to achieve targets and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimise fleet utilisation and meet customer demands.
The Ideal Candidate for the Transport Operations Manager Role:
  • Proven experience in managing a large fleet.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Falcon, and Tachomaster systems.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours, including weekends, as needed.

Strive Supply Chain LLP is a Global FMCG Distributor, and this role will be based at their site in Corby. The successful candidate will report into the Head of Transport and will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Transport operation.
