Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining complex assembly manufacturing processes, ensuring consistency and compliance with product design specifications. This role will also involve designing manufacturing processes to meet customer demand, creating and validating standard operating procedures, and ensuring effective plant, equipment, and tooling strategies are in place.

- Design manufacturing processes to meet customer demand, demonstrating necessary capacity and capability performance.
- Create and validate standard operating procedures, work instruction sheets, quality control points, and methods of inspection.
- Ensure effective plant, equipment, and tooling strategies are in place.
- Create routes, BOMs, master layouts, tooling requests, data sheets, CMs, and associated drawings.
- Plan, drive, and coordinate activities contributing to industrial product validation (methods, purchasing, engineering, etc.).
- Evaluate risks of change and identify risk reduction actions via PFMEA.
