About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Carer to join our Complex Care team at Superior Healthcare. As a Senior Carer, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex and long-term health conditions to live safely in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a number of clients with complex care needs, including those with tracheostomies, and provide personalized care to meet their individual requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with our team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors to ensure high-quality care is delivered to our clients.
  • Participate in ongoing paid training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of our team, sharing your expertise and experience to support the growth and success of Superior Healthcare.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a care setting, with a proven track record of supporting adults/children with complex care needs.
  • Possession of, or willingness to work towards, a level 3 NVQ qualification or similar.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure and a full, clean UK driving licence, with access to your own vehicle.
  • Evidence of the right to work in the UK.
