Senior Carer Opportunity

Superior Healthcare is a leading provider of complex care services, supporting individuals with long-term health conditions to live safely in their own homes. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Carer to join our team in East Kent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care to clients with diverse healthcare needs, including personal care, medication administration, and moving and handling.
  • Support new team members with shadow shifts and inductions, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Work collaboratively with the Nurse Manager and Field Care Supervisors to ensure seamless care delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in care, with a proven track record of supporting adults/children with complex care needs.
  • Tracheostomy experience is preferred, but full training will be provided.
  • Possession of, or willingness to work towards, a Level 3 NVQ qualification or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team and provide guidance and support.
  • Satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure and a full, clean UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
