Join Superior Healthcare as a Senior Carer

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Carer to join our Complex Care team. As a Senior Carer, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

About the Role

As a Senior Carer, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care and support
  • Developing and implementing care plans to meet individual client needs
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitoring and evaluating client progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a care setting, with a focus on complex care
  • Previous experience of supporting adults/children with complex care needs
  • Possession of, or willingness to work towards, a level 3 NVQ qualification or similar
  • Confident, positive interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure
  • Full, clean UK driving licence, with access to your own vehicle
  • Evidence of the right to work in the UK

What We Offer

We offer a competitive rate of pay, starting at £13.20 per hour, plus holiday pay. You will also receive a regular shift pattern, thorough induction, and ongoing paid training. Additionally, you will have access to work towards an NVQ/Diploma, company pension, Blue Light Card, and referral scheme.
