Senior Carer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Carer to join our Complex Care team at Superior Healthcare. As a Senior Carer, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex and long-term health conditions to live safely in their own homes.

With a strong focus on patient-centered care, you will work closely with our team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors to deliver high-quality care and support to our clients. Your expertise and experience will be essential in providing tailored care plans and ensuring the well-being of our clients.

As a Senior Carer, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training program, which includes paid specialist training to support clients with additional needs. You will also have the chance to work with a diverse range of clients, each with their unique needs and requirements.

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support. If you have a minimum of 12 months experience in care and a strong commitment to patient-centered care, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients with complex and long-term health conditions to live safely in their own homes
  • Work closely with our team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Provide paid specialist training to support clients with additional needs
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in care
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care
  • Confident and positive interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure
  • Full, clean UK driving licence, with access to your own vehicle
  • Evidence of the right to work in the UK
