Senior Carer Opportunity

Superior Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Carer to join our Complex Care team. As a Senior Carer, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex and long-term health conditions to live safely in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a number of clients with complex care needs, providing person-centered care and promoting independence.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they meet the individual needs of each client.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a care setting, with a proven track record of supporting adults/children with complex care needs.
  • Possession of, or willingness to work towards, a level 3 NVQ qualification or similar.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure and a full, clean UK driving licence.
