About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Care Manager to join our dynamic team at Priory Group. As a Senior Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team to provide high-quality person-centred support and care to individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to individuals in our residential home.
  • Develop and implement person-centred care plans that promote positive life outcomes and independence.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practice in social care.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the effective delivery of care services.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar management role in a residential care setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards and best practice in social care.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with individuals, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
