Job Title: Senior Complex Care Assistant

Superior Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Complex Care Assistant to join our team. As a Senior Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients with complex and long-term health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional care to clients with complex needs, including personal care, medication administration, and mobility support.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Support new members of staff with shadow shifts and inductions.
  • Contribute to the development of the care team, sharing knowledge and expertise to improve care outcomes.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a care setting, with previous experience of supporting adults/children with complex care needs.
  • Tracheostomy experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be given.
  • Possession of, or willing to work towards, a level 3 NVQ qualification or similar.
  • Confident, positive interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence, with access to your own vehicle.
  • Evidence of the right to work in the UK.
