Senior Complex Care Assistant Opportunity

Superior Healthcare is a leading provider of complex care services, supporting individuals with long-term health conditions to live safely in their own homes. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Complex Care Assistant to join our team.

The Role:

As a Senior Complex Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clients and their families to provide high-quality care and support. You will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing care plans, and delivering personalized care services. You will also provide leadership and guidance to junior care staff, ensuring that our high standards of care are consistently met.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive care and support to clients with complex health needs
  • Assessing client needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Leading and guiding junior care staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a care setting, with a focus on complex care
  • Tracheostomy experience preferred, but not essential (full training will be provided)
  • Possession of, or willingness to work towards, a Level 3 NVQ qualification or similar
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure and a full, clean UK driving license
