Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Deputy Home Manager to join our client's exceptional care home in the UK. As a key member of the management team, you will provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues and oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting and deputising for the Home Manager, you will lead the nursing and care teams in delivering exceptional care services.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
- Collaborate with the care team to provide personalized care and support to residents.
- Engage with residents, families, and external care professionals to understand their needs and preferences.
- Maintain a good working knowledge of CQC standards and ensure compliance.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Promote resident-centered care by involving them and their families in care planning and decision-making.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £52,000 per annum.
