Job Title: Deputy Home Manager

Location: Lowestoft

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Orchid Healthcare. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to our residents, some of whom may suffer with dementia.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Manager in planning and implementing care strategies to meet the needs of our residents
  2. Manage and motivate a team of nurses and carers to deliver exceptional care
  3. Contribute to the smooth running of the nursing home, ensuring that all aspects of care are met
  4. Liaise with other healthcare professionals and members of the multi-disciplinary team
  5. Undertake administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Qualified nurse - RGN - with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior nurse or deputy manager role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Passion for elderly and dementia care
