Care Home Deputy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the role of Care Home Deputy Manager at one of our esteemed care homes in Eye, Suffolk.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have experience working with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and a proven track record in care home settings as a deputy manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the care home
  • Ensure the highest standards of care and support are maintained for residents
  • Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Contribute to the recruitment, training, and development of staff
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care and progress
