Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the care home service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards.
  • Provide exceptional support to service users, promoting their growth, independence, and well-being.
  • Develop and implement care programs in collaboration with service users, their families, and external care professionals.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Deputy Manager in a care home setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage with service users and build strong relationships with staff and external partners.
