Deputy Care Home Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Deputy Care Home Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Home Manager and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the care home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Home Manager in the absence of the Home Manager and manage the day-to-day running of the home.
  • Work alongside the Home Manager to manage and have responsibility for all aspects of the service in line with CQC requirements.
  • Ensure service users receive the highest standards of professional support, promoting growth and independence.
  • Promote ownership of care programs by involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing, and evaluating care programs.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and previous experience as a Deputy Manager.
  • Ability to engage with service users to understand their needs and provide excellent services of care.
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors, and staffing teams.
