Deputy Care Home Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Crowd (Yorkshire) Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing operations within the care home to achieve goals and ensure high-quality care.
  • Oversee care staff and assume full management in the absence of the Home Manager.
  • Train and supervise care staff in all aspects of their work.
  • Conduct pre-admission assessments of residents and maintain accurate care plans and records.
  • Foster effective communication with residents, families, and other organizations.
Requirements:
  • Previous Deputy Home Manager experience.
  • Ability to engage with service users to understand their needs.
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with staff and stakeholders.
