Nurse Deputy Home Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Deputy Home Manager to join our team at a leading care home in Woodbridge, England.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin to take on a key leadership role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and deputise for the Home Manager, providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care, with a focus on residents with complex needs.
  • Develop and implement care plans, conduct assessments, and maintain the highest levels of clinical governance.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide personalised centred care to all residents.

Requirements:

  • Previous Deputy Home Manager experience or equivalent.
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of CQC standards.
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, and staffing teams.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
