Key Responsibilities:
  • Log, review, and allocate incoming tickets within agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Effective communication with customers via phone, email, and within the ticket system
  • Schedule and manage diaries to ensure clients and customers are kept informed
  • Accurate and up-to-date data entry and customer information
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other teams and team members to deliver a seamless and consistent service
Essential Skills:

The role is a full-time, permanent position with flexibility for home working four days a week and one day in the office, after the initial training period. Our client offers a competitive basic salary up to £30,000, dependent on experience, and a range of benefits.
