About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at TRIA, a leading B2C organisation that is revolutionising how they leverage customer data to enhance seamless customer experiences in an omnichannel environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the business need, setting up workshops, running the discovery phase, aligning project objectives, planning timelines, and building a comprehensive business case for a new Customer Data Platform.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with stakeholders across digital and data transformation in a global business environment. The ideal candidate will have previously written a business case/proposal for a data programme in a customer-centric environment.

We require the successful candidate to be based in Southampton for 2 days per week for the project duration, working closely with our team to deliver this project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the business need and develop a comprehensive business case for the Customer Data Platform
  • Set up workshops and run the discovery phase to align project objectives
  • Plan timelines and ensure successful project delivery
  • Work closely with stakeholders across digital and data transformation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in writing business cases/proposals for data programmes in a customer-centric environment
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in defining business needs and developing comprehensive business cases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
