Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Huntress. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Handle inbound enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in our CRM system
  • Liaise with senior leadership to facilitate visits and assessments for potential clients
  • Gather feedback from families on their experience of our care service and communicate this with all stakeholders
  • Remain available and in touch with families throughout their journey, providing support when required
  • Participate in ad-hoc market research projects to enhance our services
  • Meet daily KPIs and SLA targets as part of our office-based team
Requirements:
  • An empathetic and caring individual with excellent communication skills
  • Confident in speaking with people over the telephone and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work 1 weekend in 4, with two days off in the week
  • Comfortable with our office dogs and happy to commute to our office in Chinnor
