Job Title: Customer Service Advisor - Permanent (Full time)

Salary: £24,000 Per Annum - plus performance-related bonus

Huntress is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a Permanent basis. The successful candidate will provide first line support, inbound enquiry handling and maintaining the CRM database.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Taking inbound customer service calls, providing advice and guidance to the caller based on the nature of their enquiry.
  • Case Management: Creating a case file for each new care enquiry, maintaining case notes on the CRM software.
  • Communication: Liaising with the Senior Leadership team to facilitate visits and assessments for potential clients, gathering feedback from families on their experience of the care service and communicating this with all stakeholders.
  • Support: Remaining on hand and in touch with families throughout their journey and providing support when required.
  • Market Research: Ad-hoc market research projects.
Requirements:
  • Empathy and Caring: An empathetic and caring individual.
  • Communication Skills: Confident in speaking with people over the telephone, good communication skills, both written and verbally.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time and solve problems when they occur.
  • Availability: Ability to work 1 weekend in 4 (with two days off in the week).
  • Team Player: Comfortable with our office dogs, happy to commute to our office based in Chinnor.
