Job Title: Customer Service Advisor - Permanent (Full time)Salary: £23,320 Per Annum - plus performance-related bonus
Our client based in Chinnor are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a Permanent basis. The successful candidate will provide first line support, inbound enquiry handling and maintaining the CRM database. If you are an empathetic and caring individual, with strong communication skills, then we would love to hear from you
Duties:
Taking inbound customer service calls
Providing advice and guidance to the caller based on the nature of their enquiry
Creating a case file for each new care enquiry
Liaising with the Senior Leadership team to facilitate visits and assessments for potential clients
Gathering feedback from families on their experience of the care service and communicating this with all stakeholders
Remaining on hand and in touch with families throughout their journey and providing support when required
Maintaining case notes on the CRM software
Ad-hoc market research projects
Office-based team role with daily KPIs and SLA targets to achieve
Experience Required:
An empathetic and caring individual
Confident in speaking with people over the telephone
Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time and solve problems when they occur
Good communication skills, both written and verbally
Ability to work 1 weekend in 4 (with two days off in the week)
Comfortable with our office dogs
