Fund Investment Operations Director

This is an exciting opportunity to join Intermediate Capital Group as a Fund Investment Operations Director. As a key member of the Investment Operations team, you will be responsible for managing deal execution for Operations across various funds, from inception to funding.

The role involves managing complex documentation, completion, and recap processes, as well as liaising with tax and structuring teams. You will also provide comprehensive support to the Investment team for new deals, refinancing, restructures, and exits.

Key requirements include experience in Private Equity/Asset Management, a Bachelor's Degree, and tax/accounting qualifications. European languages are a strong plus. The role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading investment firm and contribute to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage deal execution for Operations across various funds.
  2. Manage complex documentation and completion processes.
  3. Provide comprehensive support to the Investment team.
  4. Liaise with tax and structuring teams.
