As a future Senior Investment Fund Analyst at AXA IM, you will be an integral part of our Investment Team, responsible for funds your Asset class Pod endorses. Your role will involve leading the tactical asset allocation and portfolio construction recommendations, managing the workflow around this as the leader of your asset class pod. You will be accountable for the funds you recommend, working closely with other analysts within your pod and Investment Managers to ensure fund recommendations align across portfolios and that investment due diligence is carried out in line with internal guidelines.

About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and monitoring external investment managers and their offerings, including Collective Investment Schemes, non-CIS, segregated mandates, and structured products.
  • Supporting asset allocation for sectors where you have an assigned responsibility.
  • Supporting client relationships as required.
  • Supporting the development of new investment strategies and propositions to establish and maintain a market-leading investment offering.
  • Continued professional development in support of competency assessments.
About You

We welcome different combinations of skills and experiences. Your qualifications, experience, and skills should include:

  • Relevant experience working with Fund of Fund strategies or comparable structures.
  • Mid-senior level experience covering Fixed Income strategies.
  • The CFA Charter holder (or working towards) or similar qualification.
  • Graduate and/or a finance-related professional qualification.
  • Knowledge and experience of systems and processes, manager research, investment markets, and investment management techniques.
  • Capable communicator and presenter.
