About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Consultant to join our team at S.R Investment Partners. As a Senior Hedge Fund Analyst & Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward and contributing to our dynamic start-up mentality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Business Development: Foster relationships, identify new opportunities, and build upon existing investment management lines to reinforce our portfolio.
  • Investor Relations & Client Interaction: Engage with institutional clients and prospects globally, manage investment relations, and craft partnership pitches.
  • Portfolio Management: Communicate with portfolio managers, traders, and quants to select and implement strategies that meet client needs.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on companies, investment strategies, and funds to ensure our approaches stay ahead of market curves.
  • Team Management: Lead a compact team, infusing them with a global mindset, and drive KPIs to enhance our strategic and operational output.
  • Risk Management: Collaborate with analysts and traders to comprehend market trends and deploy qualitative and quantitative risk assessment strategies.
  • Marketing & Branding: Lead marketing initiatives, ensuring global brand visibility, and manage external and internal communication collateral.
  • Investment & Asset Management: Involve in hedge fund research, due diligence, and ensure our strategies align with investor needs and market trends.
  • Client Management: Participate in client meetings, reviews, and align our strategies to support their business models and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience & Expertise: Prior work experience in financial markets, particularly in asset classes, hedge funds, and business development, matched with a foundational understanding of trading and quantitative strategies.
  • Leadership: Ability to steer a team towards achieving and exceeding KPIs, with a penchant for fostering a start-up mentality.
  • Communication: Adept at interfacing with various stakeholders, from Fund Managers and CEOs to Investors, crafting and defining actionable plans and objectives.
  • Networking: An extensive network within the industry, paired with a track record of managing the sales process to successful closure, and a knack for establishing critical relationships.
  • Analytical Acumen: Ability to delve deep into research, analyze market players, and intuitively grasp investment talent and opportunities.
  • Technical Know-How: Competency in using databases like Encore and ensuring data integrity.
Location

This role is based in London or Paris, offering a permanent position directly reporting to the CEO, with a spectrum to innovate, lead, and sculpt the trajectory of our endeavors at S.R Investment Partners.
