About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our team at S.R Investment Partners. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for driving business development and sales initiatives, leveraging your expertise in hedge fund analysis and financial markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Business Development: Foster relationships with existing and new clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Investor Relations & Client Interaction: Engage with institutional clients and prospects globally, managing investment relations and crafting partnership pitches.
  • Portfolio Management: Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, and quants to select and implement investment strategies.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on companies, investment strategies, and funds to ensure our approaches and alliances are ahead of market curves.
  • Team Management: Lead a compact team, driving KPIs to enhance our strategic and operational output.
  • Risk Management: Work with analysts and traders to comprehend market trends and deploy qualitative and quantitative risk assessment strategies.
  • Marketing & Branding: Develop and implement marketing initiatives to enhance global brand visibility and manage external and internal communication collateral.
Requirements
  • Experience & Expertise: Proven work experience in financial markets, particularly in asset classes, hedge funds, and business development, matched with a foundational understanding of trading and quantitative strategies.
  • Leadership: Ability to steer a team towards achieving and exceeding KPIs, with a penchant for fostering a start-up mentality.
  • Communication: Adept at interfacing with a variety of stakeholders, from Fund Managers and CEOs to Investors, crafting and defining actionable plans and objectives.
  • Networking: An extensive network within the industry, paired with a track record of managing the sales process to successful closure, and a knack for establishing critical relationships.
  • Analytical Acumen: Ability to delve deep into research, analyze market players, and intuitively grasp investment talent and opportunities.
