Responsibilities:

  • Deal Sourcing: Identify and assess potential investment opportunities, build relationships with founders, and actively participate in industry networking.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct detailed market research, financial analysis, and competitive assessments to support investment decisions.
  • Investment Strategy: Collaborate with partners to develop and refine the fund's investment thesis and identify trends and emerging sectors.
  • Portfolio Support: Work closely with portfolio companies, providing strategic and operational support, and connecting them with resources to drive growth.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, investment opportunities, and market dynamics to inform our investment approach.
  • Fundraising & Investor Relations: Assist in preparing materials for investor relations and fundraising activities, and participate in managing key stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in venture capital or related fields.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong financial modeling skills and the ability to conduct rigorous due diligence.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the startup ecosystem, technology, and emerging market trends.
  • Relationship Building: Proven track record of building relationships with founders, investors, and other industry professionals.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.

  • Competitive Compensation: Salary range $120,000 - $150,000 per year, plus bonus and carry.
